Our Products Family

Wireless Temperature Sensor

Wireless temperature sensors , including NTC,thermocouples (Type K/J), RTDs (Pt100/Pt1000), catering to -100°C to +1000°C measurement ranges.
Paired with IoT gateways supporting LoRaWAN, Zigbee 3.0, or NB-IoT protocols, these systems enable real-time data aggregation and cloud integration.
IP67-rated sensors with 3-year battery life deliver reliable monitoring without wired constraints.

Wireless Bolt Detection Sensor

This sensor use ultrasonic pulse-echo technology to monitor micron-level positional deviations (≥0.05mm) in fasteners, detecting loosening risks in real-time. Integrated MEMS accelerometers compensate for vibration interference (5-2000Hz range), achieving 99.8% detection accuracy under ISO 10816 vibration standards. Data transmits via LoRaWAN gateways (EU868/US915 bands) with 3km urban/10km rural ranges. 3-year battery life (-40°C to +85°C operation), ideal for wind turbine bolted joints and rail track monitoring.

2 Track Nonius Encoder Disc

2-track encoder disc is the target of absolute magnetic encoder. The magnetic encoder calculates the absolute position through the difference between two nonius magnetic signals. The most typical application currently is in the joints of robots, which requires precise motion positioning and minimal installation space.

1 Track Encoder Disc

1-track encoder disc( (also called a single-track encoder disc) is the target of magnetic incremental encoder. As the disc rotates, sensors detect these patterns to generate pulse signals, enabling measurement of rotational speed, direction, and relative displacement.

Hollow Shaft Magnetic Encoder

Magnetic Encoder Sensing Foundation: Utilizes Hall-effect or TMR (Tunnel Magneto-Resistance) sensors to detect rotational position by measuring changes in magnetic field vectors from a radially magnetized ring.
Technical Principle Summary: 1. Zero-Backlash Integration Directly sleeves onto the drive shaft (6-40mm bore), eliminating coupling errors. Accuracy: ±0.05°.
2. Contaminant immunity – unaffected by dust/oil/grease. 3. Vibration Resistance Withstands 50g vibration (3x traditional encoders). Ideal for mining/oilfield equipment. 4. Ultra-Thin Compact Design <2mm magnetic ring thickness, solving space constraints in robotic joints.

Position Sensor

Measure rotational angle with multiple mounting options. Available in integrated linkage or contactless position sensor versions. IP69 waterproof rating and vibration resistance.

Precision Components

Precision Bushings: Key metal skeletons in overmolding (insert molding) processes. Specifically designed to enhance the structural strength, wear resistance, and service life of engineering plastic components. High-Precision PIN Pins: Serving as carriers for electrical circuits and signals, our PIN pins achieve micron-level accuracy in diameter, roundness, and surface finish. They offer excellent conductivity and mating durability, ensuring stable and reliable connections. Widely used in connectors, PCBs, and module interconnections. Precision Gears: Our gear range includes spur gears, helical gears, worm wheels, and more. They feature precise tooth profiles, smooth transmission, and low noise. Manufactured from high-strength materials like POM, PTFE, and PEEK to ensure high load-capacity transmission efficiency and long service life. Used for power transmission and precise motion control.
